Thank you for visiting Trinadgey! I'd like to share a little about myself and the project I'm currently working on. Growing up, I've always enjoyed topics involving space and the thought of traveling to other worlds. I would often dream of beautiful environments with vast cities that were beyond imagination. In 1991 I started writing short stories of these worlds, the people within and the happenings around their home galaxy. Of course, since I was 11 years old, it needed to have bad guys, action and adventure! So I started the Trinadgey Series. Over the years it would be developed into a paper/pencil role-playing game and the modules written and interacted with by close friends and family would create the base story line. The wheels of imagination were in overdrive with all the wonderful adventures my friends and I would have in the late nights playing this game! Since that time, I had to grow up and take on reality. Getting married and have kids was the norm, but somehow I always found myself daydreaming of these worlds, the people and how they should not be forgotten. I continued to write short stories once in a while and still could visualize amazing elements in my head. Finding the time to put it all down on paper was completely different. In 2005, I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer known as Burkitt's Lymphoma - so rare that in fact there are approximately 300 cases in the US each year. Its also a highly aggressive and highly lethal cancer is not treated right away. I spent the next three months in and out of the hospital undergoing some of the most brutal chemotherapy imaginable (The protocol was called CODOX-M, check out how many drugs are in that bad boy). During my time receiving treatment, I became weaker and weaker. Violently ill and wishing for the pain to end, I finished my 3 months and was cleared cancer free at that time. 5 years later, I'm still cancer free and have a new outlook on life and the events within. I've always dreamed of writing the series and entertaining people so I asked myself, "Then why aren't you?" So here I am. A father of 3, married for 10 years and still pushing along. There are so many stories to go through and the timelines that it took 2 years just to format accordingly. I'm not the greatest editor, nor do I try and constantly go back and tweak tweak tweak, so you will see editing mistakes. I hope you enjoy the content for what its worth and I hope to one day get a book deal and bring you the complete series in its intended form. Who knows, a movie would be awesome, too! But for now, sit back and relax, fire up some episodes and welcome to my world. Please contact me if you have any questions as I love feedback. This site is currently free of charge, however, there is always a cost involved with time, materials and such to provide the content. Should you wish to support the Trinadgey Series, you will not only help bring this project to life, you will keep it going. Sincerely, Randy Patterson |
